DO NOT do business with Gold Medal Pools. Just google "Gold Medal Pool Reviews" and see all the others who have had horrible experiences from them.

They are great when you visit them and they provide you all the specifics...except for a new contract which "they are still working on". All the important things to protect yourself are not listed so if it isn't written in plain English then you are not covered. After they receive the majority of their payment, you will never hear from them or see them. It's then a horrible experience after when trying to get things repaired under warranty when nobody answers and your messages are never returned.

They poured the wrong color concrete and kept telling us we were wrong. Sales people shouldn't be doing designs without a qualified engineer confirms the plans won't cause other damage due to drainage or existing structures.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $20000.

I didn't like: Customer service, Accepting fault, Too many to include.
